At Femex Technology, we believe that great brands are built through genuine human connection. That's why we're looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive who thrives in the market, not the quiet of an office.
This role is 100% focused on traditional, on-ground marketing. You will spend your days visiting distributors, engaging retailers, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring Femex products are visible, available, and preferred across your assigned territory.
Conduct regular market visits to retailers, wholesalers, and bulk buyers within and outside Port-Harcourt.
Prospect for new customers and convert them into loyal accounts.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key trade partners.
Monitor competitor activity and report market intelligence.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through direct field effort.
While not the focus of this role, any experience in digital marketing (content creation, social media) will be considered an added advantage.
You have a degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field.
You have proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development—preferably in FMCG.
You are social, energetic, and persuasive; you can strike up a conversation with anyone.
You are comfortable spending 70%+ of your time on the road and in the market.
You are organized, self-motivated, and driven by results.
Tissue paper industry experience? That's a major plus.
